All special requirements must be approved by PTE before a test can be booked. Once you submit the form, your request will be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome within 3 working days.

Please note:

• A new form must be submitted for every new test booking.

• If you change your mind and no longer need an accommodation, please update your myPTE account so you can book the test yourself.

Availability

Not all test centers are able to offer the same access arrangements. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferences, you may be required to attend another test centre in a different location, or take a test within 2-6 weeks of your preferred date.

How we consider your request

Pearson complies with all applicable equalities and equal access legislation, and will make every reasonable effort to fulfil a request. We reserve the right to refuse a request for an accommodation which is unreasonable, would impose a disproportionate burden on Pearson and/or other test takers, or would infringe upon the test’s validity or security. Pearson reserves the right to request further documentation or more details at any time when considering any special accommodation request.
