How and when do I migrate to the new Score Report Website (SRW)?
Please review our FAQ here before your submit your request.

From 30 April 2020 you will no longer be able to access the old SRW.

Please access our new and upgraded service at www.srw.pteacademic.com. Please click on ‘First visit to the site?’, this will tell you how to create a new password and access your account.

For security reasons, you cannot use your old password to log in. Your existing institution data has already been transferred across to the new site, so there should be no immediate actions for you or your colleagues to make.
How can institutions inform applicants about the new Score Report Code?
Please review our FAQ here before your submit your request.

By using the new SRW, there are two ways to verify for test taker’s scores:
  • Using the new Score Report Code.
  • Submitted by the existing electronic allocation route.
To help explain this to applicants we have prepared a message template that can be adapted and sent to your applicants.
I can’t access a score report for an applicant
Please review our FAQ here before your submit your request.

Please ensure that you are currently accessing the new SRW by signing in at link www.srw.pteacademic.com.

You can access any score reports up to three years with the Score Report Code (SRC). You will need to request the SRC from the applicant, as the code is printed on their score report. The Score Report Code is a 10-character code. It may contain both letters and number or just numbers and can be found at the top of the test taker’s score report (if the test taker provides you with their score report). The advantage to using the test taker’s Score Report Code to locate their score is that you do not have to wait for them to allocate their score to your institution. Entering the test taker’s Score Report Code will take you to their score report whether it has been allocated or not. The applicant does not have to assign their report to you.

You can use the Registration ID as well, but you will need to ask the applicant to assign their scores to you. The Registration ID is a 9-digit code (using number only) and can be found underneath the test taker’s name on the test taker’s score report (if the test taker provides you with their score report). To find a test taker’s report using the Registration ID, the test taker must have assigned their score to your institution.

For more information, please have a look at our SRW User Guide which will help you navigate the site and make best use of the institution and user management functions.
I want to remove/add a user to my institution

Your Site Administrator can edit institution and user details on SRW. Please reach out to your Site Administrator with the details of the user and they should be able to assist you.

There are two roles within the Score Reports Website: Site Administrator and Score Report User.
