We identified a duplicate account and in order to book your test, we would like you to submit this form with the correct information. 
Please upload the copy of your valid Government issued Photo ID (please note that the passport is the only acceptable form of ID in most countries).  

We would like to remind you that you must enter all of your personal information (legal Name, Date of Birth, Country of citizenship) exactly as it appears on the identification. Please note that the passport is the only acceptable form of ID in most countries that you will present at the test centre. 
If there is not an exact match, you will not be able to take your test and you will not be reimbursed for any fees paid.

Our Support team will review your case and once we completed our review you will be able to log in to your My PTE account and book your test. Your account should be updated in the next 2-5 working days. Most of the times, we are able to resolve our enquiries in 24 hours.
