If you are unable to log into your My PTE account, please follow the below troubleshooting steps before you submit your request:

1. Try to log into your account by using a different computer.

2. Ensure that you remove the web page from your favourites and then try to access the website by entering the site manually. 

3. Ensure that you delete your cookies and history. You are supposed to delete your cookies and history with only ONE open browser open. Once you deleted your cookies and history, please close the open browser.

4. Please reopen your browser and try to access the website.

5. If it still does not work after reopening the website, you are supposed to shut down your computer and finally try to open our website by using a different browser.

Spell your first and middle names as they appear on your government issued ID. If you only have one name, enter it in the Last Name/Surname/Family name field and enter a full stop (.) in the “First Name” field. Please note, the only acceptable form of ID is the passport in most countries.
